2. All information registered in the NEBKA system will be confidential.
3. NEBKA undertakes to protect the identity information of users.
4. NEBKA will provide identity information or other information required by legal authorities in response to the court letter.
5. In all ICO steps, if the user's identity information is corrupted or untrue, if this is detected, the user's account will be blocked and will be activated only after the user's sensitivity is authenticated.
6. NEBKA provides the user with the right to access personal information as well as the right to correct the entered information if it is incorrect.
7. NEBKA is allowed to evaluate the recorded information for the purpose of studying the target markets and developing the platform.
8. The TMX token is produced exclusively for investment on the Tamarix project, and only at the end of the six phase of the ICO and obtaining the technical approvals and the final implementation of the project, it is possible to buy and sell in valid exchanges.

12. The exit or entry of Fiat currency by the user will be subject to the regulations of the host country.
